Biography

Lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.

Todd earned his BFA in fine art, painting at the School of Visual Arts, NY and completed an intensive study program in painting and multimedia at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (ENSBA), Paris.
